Before the Memorial Day Ceremony at the Flanders Field American Cemetery, the Community of Waregem and AOMDA conduct a floral tribute at the war monument in the center of Waregem.  This small, brief ceremony commerotates all of the Americans and Belgians who died for the liberation of their community.
