Frank Adams Jr was born on 4 September 1891 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.  He was the son of Frank and Magdalena Adams.  He worked as a painter/decorator before the war.  He entered the service on 24 July 1918.  He died of pneumonia on 28 October 1918.
