This Memorial Day ceremony commemorates First Lieutenant Charles Goffin of the 14th Photo Squadron, 7th Reconnaissance Group who died during Operation Market Garden in World War II.  Lt. Goffin is the only person to have served during the war as a pilot in both the United States Army Air Forces and the Belgian Air Force.
